Cumming Consulting Inc is an independent business that provides consulting and representation to injured workers who believe that the WCB process has not been administered justly or that they are missing entitlements to which they are warranted. We are not a part of the WCB and rather act on behalf of the worker in dealing with the WCB on relevant issues of appeal and in appealing WCB decisions. We work with the worker, for the worker.
