About Cumming Consulting Inc.
Seeing discrepancies between what the WCB says and what they do, a former employee of the Board decided to put her 22 years of experience working in the organization to a better use. After witnessing years of WCB policies abused by those enforcing them, Gail Cumming wanted to be an advocate for the ethical and fair treatment of injured workers and decided to form a company that would strive to do so. Cumming Consulting Inc. was opened in October of 2007.
Since then Cumming Consulting Inc has grown by leaps and bounds due to positive word of mouth and our reputation for caring for and addressing worker's concerns. The office has moved to a larger location in St Albert, Alberta and more staff have been hired to meet the needs of our additional clients. The compassion that Cumming Consulting staff has for those dealing with the system has allowed us to help hundreds of clients and their medical professionals in understanding the claims process, obtaining the knowledge to manage their claims, and appealing inappropriate WCB decisions.
Cumming Consulting Inc continues to grow and welcome new clients as they work towards promoting change in the fractured WCB system. Our role as an advocate and lobbyist will become a larger priority as we move forward in working with the worker, for the worker.
