Initial Review and Representation Fees
Initial Intake and Review- $900
- Payable upon signing the service agreement
Additional Charges
25% Commission on Additional Monies Paid to Client by WCB
- In effect once services have been agreed to
- Payable upon settlement of any disputes with WCB up to the date of the WCB decision and not on any future payments by WCB
Ongoing Case Management or Representation- To be Discussed
- Ongoing service and the costs assosciated with them are case specific and to be discussed with Cumming Consulting Inc
Please Note: If you are a current client and require further services in dealing with the WCB, or if you have new issues, please call us. We offer additional representation for our current clients without them having to pay the initial review fee again.
