The WCB is a fractured system and a vast majority of people are wanting changes that just do not seem to be coming.

The appeal process at this time appears to be the only alternative to the shortcomings of the WCB as their present system is not improving anytime in the near future.

We here at Cumming Consulting Inc. are committed to not only providing services to injured workers in dealing with WCB but in acting as advocates to changing the bureaucratic organization that is the Worker's Compensation Board.
