• Workers that are claiming compensation should be aware that there are services available to assist them with their claims. The WCB has policies and legislation to recognize injuries that have resulted from employment.  

Injured workers have entitlement to benefits that may include wage replacement benefits, medical expenses and vocational services as well as other benefits and services.

Cumming rates for representation for workers

• Initial review and representation
  initial intake and review fee -$825.00
  Payable upon signing this service agreement or payment plan.
  

• 25% Commission on additional monies paid by WCB to you
  once we have agreed to services

This is payable upon our settlement of any disputes with WCB
 up to the date of the WCB decision

Additional cost for ongoing case management issues

If you our client and require our services further to deal with WCB and new issues, please call us and we have additional representation for our clients available without the initial review fee required again.
